A friend of mine sent me a link to this video and I watched it over and over again.
Within my work I enjoy creating the meat of the image by hand and then just doing little touch ups or overlays on the computer. I like the hand drawn feel created by a pencil or marker and I find that it is easily lost in some of the digital work that I do. This tool would be able to maintain that thought process style and spontaneous feel within my work.
I am looking forward to seeing how the Inkling actually works and how the sketches are brought into the related softwares. If this works the way that I hope it does the Inkling will quickly become a welcome addition to my supply collection.
