One of a Kind 2013

It’s that time of year again! Yup… time for the One of a Kind Christmas Show & Sale in Toronto. The show opened last weekend and runs through Sunday. If you are looking for something unique for a Christmas gift, decoration, or delicious appetizer then this is the show that you need to see. There are artisans from all over that come to this show to display their art.

There is something for everyone here. You’ll find furniture, clothing, jewelry, food, fine art, and other decor. I have been almost every year for the past 7 or 8 years and there is always something new. You do find your favourites too.

My favourite jewelry to see every time is Kari Woo Art Jewelry. I have three pairs of her earrings from her Draw the Line collection, they are comfortable, light, and unique. I get compliments on them all of the time. I even joined her new earring of the month subscription, I can’t wait to see what new earrings she comes up with. I try and stop by her booth every year to see what new additions she’s made to the collection. I haven’t ever been disappointed. When you go this weekend, make sure that you drop by her booth and see what she has this year.

There are just too many artisans to go through and mention one by one, but they are all so great. Take some time this week and stop by the show and let us know which one is your favourite (if you can choose). Make sure to bring comfortable shoes (this place is HUGE), a bottle of water (we always forget), and don’t forget the food section (by far the best part).

Have you been to the One of a Kind Christmas Show & Sale yet this year? Have you gone before? What’s your favourite part of the show?
